KULAKU liquid smoke has 3 different grades with their respective advantages.

  • Grade 1 is used as a preservative of formalin substitute food, safe for the body because it is made of organic ingredients. Suitable for meatballs, noodles, meat, chicken and other foodstuffs. Grade 1 is also commonly used as an alcohol substitute antiseptic
  • Grade 2 is used as a preservative in the fish industry. Applied to fish and dried, the fish will taste like fish sale even without the smoking process
  • Grade 3 is used as an odorless and drier rubber hardener. It can also be used as a disinfectant in chicken coop, cow to eliminate bacteria / viruses and eliminate odors.
